"Discreet, but it threw me off a bit"
I did appreciate that the billing showed up discreetly like they said it would. For me, though, the name looked so random that I had to double-check it twice to make sure it was actually them. Not a big deal overall, but I personally would’ve liked it to be just a little clearer.

"Payment page made me second-guess it"
I got all the way to checkout, but the payment page just felt a bit off to me. There wasn’t much clear info about how my card would be protected or who was actually handling the payment. Maybe it’s perfectly fine, but the setup didn’t give me much confidence in the quality or security of the site, so I ended up backing out. I just didn’t feel comfortable risking my card there.

"Customs fees were explained, but the wait was annoying"
The customs fees were explained clearly enough and the duties were handled fine, but the whole process took longer than I expected. I was getting frustrated waiting around for updates. It worked out in the end, just slower than I’d like.

"Repair support was fine, just kind of slow"
I had to reach out about getting my item repaired and checked over. They did get back to me and, yeah, it was sorted out in the end, so I can't really complain too much. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I was a bit unsure what was happening at times. Overall it was okay, just wish the support had been a little faster and clearer

The return itself went smoothly, so no real complaints there. But the refund took longer than I expected to show up, and that part was weird. Overall it worked out, just not as quick as I thought it would be

"Pretty fair prices, but I wanted clearer shipping details"
I was a little surprised by the prices. For the stuff I was looking at, they were better than I expected. Not the absolute cheapest I’ve ever seen, but for what I was getting, it felt fair to me. My only real issue was the shipping info — I would’ve liked it to be clearer before I checked out. If that part had been easier for me to figure out, I’d probably give it 5 stars.

I ordered one thing, but something totally different showed up. The invoice had the right item listed, so I have no idea what happened. It took way too long to get it sorted out, the whole thing was just really annoying :(

"Easy to track from start to finish"
I ordered from Bigassluxuries, the tracking was one of the smoother parts of the whole experience. I tend to notice patterns with shipping updates because some stores go quiet for days, but this one kept a steady rhythm: shipped, in transit, moved again, then out for delivery.
It sounds like a small thing, but it really made the order feel less stressful. I wasn’t stuck checking blindly or wondering if something got lost. The package showed up right around when the tracking said it would, so overall I was happy with how it went...

I was just trying to browse for a bit, but the website felt clunky on my phone. Pages were slow to load, and some of the pictures didn’t show up right away either. The menu wasn’t very clear, so I kept going back and forth just trying to find basic product info. The filters didn’t really help much, which made it even more annoying. Checkout was also kind of confusing — too many steps, and not enough clear details along the way. The products might be good, but the website definitely needs some work.

"I was ready to place an order..."
I was ready to place an order, but the payment options were really limited. The methods I normally use weren’t available, and I didn’t feel like going out of my way or using something I’m not comfortable with just to check out. For a site selling expensive items, I expected more flexibility and a smoother payment process. In the end, I decided to play it safe and left without buying.

"Not the best experience this time"
I’ve ordered similar stuff before and usually haven’t had to wait nearly this long, so this was disappointing. It took weeks to arrive, the whole experience just wasn’t great.

"Still a little unsure about their "privacy" stuff"
The site itself seemed okay to use, but I had a hard time finding clear privacy info. When I did find it, it felt vague, so I wasn’t exactly comfortable putting my personal details in there. Just left me feeling a bit "not sure" about trusting it.

"Loyalty program feels pointless"
I joined the loyalty program thinking it would make shopping there a little more worthwhile, but so far it’s been disappointing. It sounds good when they advertise it, but in actual use, it doesn’t feel like you’re getting much back.
The points build up painfully slowly, and the rewards always seem to come with some catch. Either they don’t apply to the items I actually want, or there are so many restrictions that it barely feels like a reward at all.
I also tried asking customer support about it, and that was its own headache. I kept getting bounced around in the same support loop with generic copy-paste replies that didn’t really answer anything. it feels less like a loyalty perk and more like a way to keep you coming back without offering much

I bought from bigassluxuries thinking the warranty would actually have me covered if something went wrong, but when I needed help, it felt like there wasn’t never a clear way to use it. Every time I reached out, there was some new reason it didn’t apply. After a bunch of back and forth, I still didn’t get a real fix. Maybe I missed some tiny fine print, but either way it left me stuck and annoyed. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

"Sizing was a little all over the place"
I ordered from bigassluxuries.com i had mixed feelings. At first I was excited because one of the items fit perfectly and felt true to size, so I was like, okay great. But then the other one ended up feeling tighter than expected, even though I actually checked the size chart before ordering. That was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a total disappointment or anything, and delivery was fine, but I do wish the sizing was more consistent

I shopped around on bigassluxuries.com and the product descriptions were okay overall, but I was expecting them to be a little more detailed. Basic info was there, but things like sizing, materials, and what comes in the box weren’t always as clear as I’d hoped.
The photos definitely helped, so I wasn’t completely confused, but I did feel like I had to fill in a few gaps before deciding to buy. For a site selling luxury-style items, I expected clearer wording and more complete details. It’s not a bad experience, just one that could be a lot better with more specific product info.

It showed the item was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it... then they canceled my order later. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time. I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

"Decent brands, but the selection feels a bit limited"
They do have some good brands, and I found a few things I liked, but I was expecting a wider range to choose from. Some of the extra browsing felt kind of unnecessary since the selection wasn’t as big as I thought it would be.
